Vegetables for Fondue

red, yellow and purple potatoes
green and white asparagus
snow peas
red, yellow and orange bell peppers
broccoli
cauliflower

Scrubbed and baked potatoes. Steamed broccoli, cauliflower and asparagus. Peeled the white asparagus. Cut everything into bite-sized pieces. Green beans and baby corn would also have worked well.
